The latest available subdivision platting data from Park County was overlaid onto the current aerial photograph of the study area in the image below. The aerial information indicates that roughly half of the 1993 subdivided parcels have yet to be built upon. If the trend continues of new homes doubling every ten years, based on the thirty year septic permit analysis and the Land Use/Land Cover Prediction System, these parcels will likely be built out within the next ten years.
